WHAT IS THIS?

Permission to come undone.

You've spent your whole life holding it together. Masking, managing, apologizing for the volume of your own brain. UNHINGED is the opposite of that.

For one week in Baja California Sur, you get to be exactly as much as you are, surrounded by women whose brains work like yours, in a place built for play, rest, and feeling things on purpose.

Every day is dedicated to one of your senses. We wake up dancing, we eat weird, we make things with our hands, we get in the ocean, and we end each night going inward together. It's structured enough to hold you, loose enough to let you breathe.

One sense per day.
All of you, all week.

Each day of the retreat is themed around a different sense, including the sneaky ones nobody told you about. What exactly happens each day? Some of it stays a surprise. That's the point.

Touch

Hands-on making, texture play, and at least one meal where cutlery is simply not invited. Let your busy hands lead for once.

🤸

Body in Space

Proprioception day. Trails, sand, sketching the tiny world up close, and remembering that your body actually knows where it is.

👁

Sight

A full day of visual wonder on the Sea of Cortez — one of the most alive stretches of ocean on the planet. Eyes open. Jaw dropped.

👅

Taste & Smell

Floating, flowing, and a dinner you'll experience in the dark. When one sense steps aside, the others throw a party.

💗

Inner Weather

Interoception day. Learning to listen to the signals from inside — with warm hands, warm water, and zero rush.

👂

Sound

We leave the coast for the mountains of the Sierra and spend our final full day listening — to the land, to each other, to what's changed in you.

THE RYTHM

A typical day at camp

ADHD brains love novelty and need rhythm. So every day has the same bones — and completely different flesh.

Sunrise

Yoga & wake-up dance

We greet the day slowly, then shake it awake. Yes, dancing at 6 a.m. Yes, it works. No, you don't have to be good at it.

Morning

Breakfast & the day's adventure

Fuel up, then dive into the day's sensory theme — on the water, in the desert, or with your hands in something.

Daily

PURGE

Sacred daily journaling time. Dump the noise, the brilliance, the spirals, the ideas — all of it — onto the page. No structure, no rules, no one reading over your shoulder.

Afternoon

Free time, your way

Beach, snorkel, paddle, nap, wander — unscheduled time that's actually yours. No FOMO, no guilt.

Evening

Dinner

We gather, we eat well, we laugh too loud. Fresh local food and even fresher conversation.

Night

The Unwind

Our nightly landing ritual. A time to transition, go inward, get philosophical, and share — as much or as little as you want. This is where the week does its deepest work.
