    • Due to the condition of the road, pick-ups and drop-offs in El Sargento are limited to as far north as the Arroyo before Hot Springs.

    • If your flight is delayed, it is up to the driver’s discretion to wait at the airport or leave with the group. If he leaves, we will organize another shuttle for you. Additional fees may apply.

    • Dogs are allowed but are booked as another passenger. We will make sure it’s okay with the other passengers before confirming your reservation
