- Due to road conditions, pick-ups and drop-offs in El Sargento are limited to as far north as the Arroyo before Hot Springs.
- If your flight is delayed, it's at the driver's discretion to wait or leave with the group. If they leave, we'll organize another shuttle for you — additional fees may apply.
- Dogs are welcome and booked as an additional passenger. We'll confirm with other passengers before finalizing your shared reservation.
